Plugable 4k Doesn't detect my Monitor

Hi there,

I just purchase the Plugable 4k DisplayPort and after installing it nothing happens. My third screen is not recognised.
I have a Dell XPS(windows 10) with 2 Dell screens one connected using VGA(S2330MX) and one DVi( E2314H).
I got a third screen that has DisplayPort ports(that’s the reason why I bought this product).
I installed all drivers and still that third screen is not recognised.
Please help.

Actually the issue is solved. The problem was the DP cable thanks.
