I purchased this item in Dec 2014. I have it connected to the back of my Dell 8700 desktop in a USB 3.0 port. Any drives using the hub constantly disconnect and reconnect multiple times per minute. This is confusing and annoying, and it happens no matter what device is inserted into the hub. This behavior doesn’t happen when devices are plugged into the USB port itself. Please help.
