Plugable 3900 dock station;
Can this dock station run 2 separated HD 1920x1080 (or higher) monitors/HD TVs and extend my notebook desktop to those 2 monitors???.. So in that case I’ll have 3 different monitors !!

Thank you for posting the question here!
Yes, it can run 2 separated HD monitors if you are using Windows. Once two monitors are connected and configured, those are the same with directly connected monitors. You can set them as “Extend Desktop” from Windows Settings (or Control Panel).
Please note that the UD-3900 has one DVI and one HDMI ports. Depending on which video ports your monitors have, you may or may not need additional port adapter cable. This blog post could help:
