Plugable 3.0 switch is losing connection in only one port from switch to pc

I’ve used the switch for now for years, and now one of my ports is constantly refreshing my monitors while I’m working on the PC that plug is connected too. I tested both the cords and ports and plugging them into other PCS’s to see when I get the same result and I’ve narrowed it down to the one port, and not the PC (whic I initially thought it was) or the cord which was my second thought, also now ruled out. Please advise

To help diagnose the issue, may I ask you to please keep the device connected to your laptop and everything still attached (even if not working as expected) and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug? → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

Once you have the logs, simply send an email to support@plugable.com with the subject line of “Ticket 411571” so that we can prioritize that case and match it to this inquiry.

If you could provide your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase) associated with your Plugable device, I would be happy to check on your warranty status as well.
