I have a surface pro that is connected to my dock and monitors I cant get my monitors to adjust any higher than 1280 x1024 can I go to a higher res? if so how?
My surface is at 2160 X 1440

First, what kind of setup are you using with the dock. (e.g. What devices connected where? How many monitors?)
Second, what are the make and model of the monitors that you are using?
Third, can you please run our log gathering tool Plugdebug. Simply go to this site, follow the prompts there, and send us the resulting .zip file to support@plugable.com.

The reason why you are unable to display above 1280 x 1024, is that the maximum supported resolution of the NEC LCD 1935NXM monitors is 1280 x 1024.
