I upgraded to a new laptop with Windows 10 (from a windows 7 machine) and while all the connections still work there is a noticeable lag every couple of seconds when using both mouse and keyboard. i have checked and all my drivers appear to up to date - can you help at all?

Based off of your description, we’ll want to examine some log files to see if they can tell us what is happening. To help us do so please download and run our diagnostic utility PlugDebug --> http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug with everything connected. Please send us the file that is created on your Desktop by attaching it to an email to our direct support email at firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Ticket Number 154914’ in the subject line so we can match everything up. We will examine the logs and determine next steps from there.
