Plugable 3.0 ethernet adapter low speeds

So I got the product to maximize speed on an older pc and use it for other things. Trouble on the PC is that it is only transering up 100mbps. I have 1g going through everywhere else and working just fine. All except for when I use this Adapter. Drivers are up to date, windows 10 os. Any ideas?
