Plugable 3.0 Dual 4K and Samsung UHD monitor problems

I just bought a Plugable 3.0 Dual 4K Docking Station and I have connected Samsung 28" monitor (UE510 Series) to it. My laptop running WIndows 8.1 does not recognize the docking station or the monitor. I did download the drivers for samsung and the plugable docking station

Thanks for posting! I am sorry your new docking station is not working as expected and I would be happy to help.

Based on your description a few quick questions for you…

First, can you confirm that you are using a standard DisplayPort cable (a cable with a DisplayPort connector on both ends) to connect both of your monitors to the dock?

Second and assuming a standard DisplayPort cable is in use, can you confirm that the source video input on both monitors is set to DisplayPort? I ask because monitors with multiple inputs (yours has two HDMI and one DP) may not switch to the preferred one automatically.
