Windows 10 64 bit, both anniversary edition and previous version. Docking station 3.0 seems to be freezing a lot lately. I assume this is from a recent Windows update, but it’s happening on a lot of our PCs. The issue is resolved by unplugging the power to the Plugable and back on. Started happening over the past few weeks and I’ve tried the most recent driver on your website (8.0 + M2). Thank you,

Given your description, our first step is to get more information about one of the systems exhibiting the behavior. If you would, once the behavior has occurred on a single system (we want to try and capture the event in the logs) please keep everything connected (even though the dock is frozen) and send the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug --> http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug to firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘For Ticket 155625’ in the subject line as this will allow us match things up and examine some log files from the system to help determine the next steps.
