Is the USB3 docking station for multiple monitors plug and play or do I need to download drivers?

Thanks for posting, and I would be happy to answer your question.

The DisplayLink driver required by our docking station is available via Windows Update, but the best practice and what we suggest is installing the latest version we recommend -> http://plugable.com/drivers/displaylink prior to connecting the dock.
