Pluable USB 2.0 Display adapter drops connection

Have this weird problem. the adpater drops connection every 40 minutes to 1 hour or so.

Everytime it happens, the green light goes. I have to disconnect the USB cable and reconnect again and it solves the problem.

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear about the disconnects. I’m confident we can get you up and running normally with a software fix or an exchange if that is necessary.

As a first troubleshooting step, can you please verify if you’re connecting the adapter to your PC directly, or via a USB hub? If you’re using a hub, please try connecting directly. If you’re already connecting directly, let’s try a USB port (on the other side of the laptop if it’s a notebook computer, or try switching from back to front USB inputs if a desktop.
