PC compatibility (HP Spectre x360 13-inch) with Plugable Thunderbolt Dock?

I have an HP Spectre x360 13-inch convertible/laptop, with two Thunderbolt connectors/ i7 Kaby Lake processor/windows 10, 64-bit with a Dell U2718Q 4k monitor.

Is the Plugable Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station with 60W Charging is compatible with my system? (HP Spextre Convertible x360 13-w023dx)

Thanks for asking Ernie! We have this model Spectre here and have confirmed it works with our TBT3-UDV for charging, data, and video output. You might see a notification from HP when connecting our dock that they recommend an HP charger, but your system will charge fine from our dock.

Your Dell monitor should also be compatible at 4K 60Hz. We recommend using a DisplayPort cable.

Good morning, I have to buy about 20 devices tvt3-udv.
I would like to be sure of compatibility with Dell U2718Q monitors.
As a laptop I would like to buy Apple Macbook Pro. For every notebook there will be 2 Dell 4k monitors. I would like to know if the system is compatible if there are limitations or other. How are the two monitors connected?
