Paired, Connected, Playing, but NO SOUND

  1. Image of PC specs attached:

  2. Purchased THIS HEADSET.

  3. Headset works great on my iPhone.

  4. Successfully installed Plugable software.

  5. It shows up in my Sound settings (see attached image).

  6. It’s paired, connected, and visually showing sound playing through the device, but NO AUDIO. Cannot figure this out!

Please help.

The Monoprice 8323 headphones unfortunately aren’t compatible with the USB-BT4LE. Thus far it is the only device we have found that behaves this way. We call this out in our Amazon product information, though it is understandably difficult to find.
