My laptop exact model is 530s-14arr running on Win10.
Two screen are connected via the HDMI 2K and the DVI ports.
Currently, I have to connect the third screen(Dell P2417H) to the laptop’s HDMI output.
Apart from that, the usb type-c cable that came with docking station does not charge my laptop. which makes me use another cable(total of 3 instead of 1 type-c).

Unfortunately after looking at the user manual for your 530s-14arr it appears that the USB-C port is for USB data only. Lenovo makes no mention of either charging or USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode video output (required for the 4K port on the dock to function). As such it unfortunately appears that due to hardware limitations of your computer you will be unable to take full advantage of this docking station.
