OSX Sierra 10.12.2 sometimes refuses to recognize 4kTV through Active Mini DisplayPort to HDMI 2.0 Adapter … and sometimes it works great. Anyone know what’s going on with this and have any ideas/hacks to make it more reliable in recognizing the 4K TV?

Please let us know know the brand and model of your TV. If available, please try connecting the TV with a different HDMI cable to see if the behavior changes.
If needed, we can look into sending you a pretested replacement adapter, free of charge, as part of the one year warranty we include with all of our products.
