Only one screen coming on, using ud-6950pdz, using Mac book pro 2021 c port

Thank you for contacting us, I am sorry this is not working as expected and I am happy to help!

The most common cause of two of the connected displays not working is if the required DisplayLink software is not installed or in the case of macOS, if it is not configured correctly or running after login.

For Windows hosts I recommend downloading and installing the DisplayLink drivers ( https://plugable.com/drivers/displaylink ).

For macOS hosts I recommend following our detailed installation and configuration guide here ( https://kb.plugable.com/questions/1185378 ).

Please let me know if the above helps to enable the two external displays, and if not we can proceed from here.
