Only one light and all connections dead

I have used this hub for a few years, this morning I lost my monitor, mouse and Jabra speaker use. The Hub has one blue light lit and items connected will not work on the laptop directly plugged in or plugged into another laptop. I get a message that my laptop can’t recognize the devices or there is corruption. Any thoughts this is a expensive loss to lose all of the items that have always worked with the plugable hub. The laptop is a Dell and the second is a HP.

I did wish to see if you are able to plug the devices in individually, directly to the computer and if you get the same messages.

It would also be helpful if you could give us the exact make and model of the device, or devices that you’re receiving this message about directly into the computer.
