The monitor that is working is HDMI to HDMI. the 2 displays that are not working are HDMI cable to display port cable? is this my issue?

Thank you for contacting Plugable! I’m sorry the dock isn’t working as expected, and I’ll be happy to assist.
More often than not, HDMI to DisplayPort cables are actually DisplayPort to HDMI cables which only work to connect from a DisplayPort video source (i.e. dock or computer) to an HDMI display. No video would be transmitted when these cables are used backwards. We can normally confirm if this is the problem by reviewing the specifications of the cables being used.
I saw you’ve also reached out to us over email, so I’ve replied to that directly and we can continue troubleshooting through email.
