One of two adapters stopped working suddenly

Hello,

All of the sudden one of my two displays stopped working and looks like this:

I tried reinstalling the drivers, even a format of the computer and nothing worked. Still I can only use the one monitor.

The setup is Windows 7 Sony Vaio Laptop (i7) with two external displays each connected to a plugable usb 2.0 adapter.

Any ideas if this can be fixed somehow or is it a hardware error?

Thanks for posting with the picture of what’s happening on your monitor. That
does in fact look like a hardware error, sorry about that! Send your Amazon Order Id and the Serial Numner of the unit you have over to us at support@plugable.com and we’ll get you fixed up.
