One Adapter Works Fine, One Is a Problem

Started with 2 USB hdmi/dvi adapters (hope to go to 4, if this resolves) . Running same through USB 3.0 docking station.

Monitor 1, using first adapter, works fine. Monitor 2, using unit 2, shows either green wavy lines and blue waves in middle, or same with very poor image of screen in middle.

Monitor 2 checks out via c VGA cable onnection to backup laptop.
