I have a problem with using my USB 2.0 easy transfer cable with two win10 computers. Can the cable be updated so that it will operate efficiently? Also I do not have the 16 digit code needed to update the cable assembly. Please give me the code

As far as the Product Key is concerned, it should be located on a tag and physically tied to the cable itself. If you do not see the key, please respond directly to the email with your Amazon order number, and a clear picture of the entire transfer cable.
