not working out of box

attached to usb 2.0 port. display adapter driver not installed. Tried windows update. Tried CD. removed driver and tried again. nothing seems to fix it. 1. is it fixable. 2. how do I know what else is not working without trying everything.

ethernet doesn’t work either. usb 2.0 port works. Kind of an expensive hub.

That’ll give us info on what product you have, and what might be going wrong in terms of driver/system.
