Just purchased plugable for a 2nd monitor (ASUS) that needed a DVI hook up. Installed and monitor hooked up to my All in 1 computer but it’s not seeing the 2nd monitor. I’m running on Windows 7 Professional; 32-bit operating system with 4GBs of Ram.

Just to make sure, have you had a chance to install the DisplayLink driver required by the adapter? After your purchase from Amazon you should have received a “Thank You” email from us with instructions for downloading and installing the latest driver we recommend. If you haven’t already can you try installing the driver to see if that gets everything going? Please let us know the results when you have a moment and we can determine the next steps from there.
