Hi, my Plugable 3900 dock stop recognizing the external monitor. It was working fine for last one month but suddenly it stopped recognizing the monitor. Monitor is working fine if I connect it directly with the laptop.

With issues like this, it’s tough to tell what’s going on from just the description. We should grab system logs and see what is happening.
