Not recognizing 2nd monitor

I have foillowed the other forum suggestions – removed DisplayLink applications, used the cleaning tool, reinstalled. Still laptop does not recognize HDMI or DVI connection. I have the zip file to send, but do not have a ticket number.

I noticed Device Manager reports for UD 3900:

Device USB\VID_17E9&PID_4323&MI_00\7&203bebea&1&0000 requires further installation.

On that note, I did not see any further installation happen after connecting the UD 3900 as the instructions suggested would happen.
