I am running Windows 10. Installed drivers for LG Monitor and plugable driver. But the max I can see on windows is 1920x1080. How do I get the max resolution of the monitor. It stated support up to 4K resolution.

Unfortunately the USB3-3900DHE is not capable of running two monitors at the same time with resolutions higher than 1920x1080.
The USB3-3900DHE is capable of running only one display if you wish to use a resolution higher than 1920x1080. With a maximum supported resolution of 25601x1440 @ 50hz over HDMI.
