Noise in some colors, changes if I press the box.

Hello I have a UGA2KA, which was working very well but suddenly some colors started being “noisy”,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6cLd5… If I hold the box and apply some pressure the noise changes. I have tested the monitor on other outputs and it works OK. It is only when connected to that specific UGA2KA. I got it from Amazon less than a year ago and have a great experience so far.

Please try a different USB cable. If this does not improve the symptom we can try a pretested replacement unit to rule out hardware failure. To initiate the process email me directly at support@plugable.com and provide the following information:

  1. Amazon order ID.
  2. Serial number from sticker on bottom of unit.
  3. Shipping address.
