No video or network with UD-3900

Hi there, currently using a UD-3900, the usb passthrough works fine but I can’t get video or network to pass through the dock.

I’ve tried a reinstall of the drivers as mentioned in other threads on this forum but I’m in the same situation.

Any ideas?

On running the plugdebug software and rebooting the dock the monitor and network have started working.
