I got a Plugurable from Amazon, and connected it to a 1920x1200 monitor. It does not synchronize at all. Do I need to change frequency from laptop side?
Hi Kevin, can you say what model of our USB graphics adapter you have, and what make and model of monitor? From that, we should be able to look up the available modes.
1920x1200 is the next mode up from the most common 1920x1080, so not all products can do it …
