No Sound

I’ve encountered the same problem described in another “no sound” related problem (by a gentleman named Hector). I’m using an HP Pavilion g6-1d73us laptop. Up until 2 days ago my Plugable docking station had worked flawlessly…then suddenly no sound. I plugged a headset into the docking station - there still was no sound. I’ve uploaded an image of what the sound setting looks like as well. Please advise.

Hi William,

Sorry to hear about the issue with your Plugable Docking Station. Do you see activity on the bars to the right of the device listing when sound is playing? If you unplug the dock, does it switch over to the built in device? Then with the sound still playing, if you reconnect the dock do the bars indicate activity?
