Hello my laptop sound stops working when i connect the thunderbolt with dual monitors. When i go to settings it shows that my sounf is connected to my speakers

We suspect that you may need to reconfigure your default audio playback device. Our dock has the ability to playback audio over any attached monitors with built in speakers or audio output on the monitor itself, but it can also output audio from its front audio connector on the dock itself.
What I recommend to do is to disconnect our dock and see what the playback device is set to when the audio is working, then reconnect the dock and ensure that previously selected device is set to be the default when the dock is connected.
