No sound or ethernet on UD 3900

Hi, Just got and installed a UD 3900. Screens and USB works great, but no sound or ethernet. When I look at the Device manager (Windows 10) I see a branch for “Other Devices” and under it “Plugable Audio” and “Plugable Ethernet” both with a yellow exclamation mark on them.
When I Click on them, I see “The drivers for this device are not installed (code 20)”
When I click Update Driver, it says “Windows was unable to install your Plugable Audio”
