I have a Plugable 3900 connected to my Samsung TV and sound bar. The operating system is Windows 10. The video works but not the sound and the sound bar/ tv does not appear on the sound options.

I’d like to request some additional information regarding your setup so that I can best assist here. Could you please answer the following questions?
- Is the Sound Bar connected to your Samsung TV?
- How is the Sound Bar connected? In other words, is it connected via Bluetooth, HDMI, AUX cable, etc.?
- Could you please provide a screenshot of the “Playback” tab under your Sound settings?
