When using my receintly purchased Plugable UGA - 3000 for Windows 10, I can not receive sound from my TV. When I go to Sound Control Panel there is no Icon for my TV so I can not change sound setting from laptop.
I have tried everything that people have said in the support pages, but, to no avail.
Can anyone help please, Cheers
If you are referring to the UGA-3000, then unfortunately we are out of luck since it’s DVI port does not have audio functionality. You would have to go with the UGA-4KHDMI -> http://plugable.com/products/uga-4khdmi for example which has a native HDMI port.
