Just purchased and plugged in dual mode (low energy and classic) bluetooth usb. No sign of device installer on Acer Aspire 392 with Windows 10.

I am sorry there are problems getting the driver for the Plugable Bluetooth adapter installed in Windows 10. I would like to help.
In some cases, you need to run Windows Update first in order for the driver to install. To do this, go to Start > Settings (cog-shaped icon) > Update & security > Windows Update, and check for updates. If the driver is found and installed, be sure to restart the computer after the installation.
