No PPPoE service - bad Gigabit USB 2 communication with devices

Using a Gigabit USB 2.0 with a MacBook Pro !0.9.5 and ActionTech GT784WN modem, I’m only getting a wireless connection with my ISP…it appears the Gigabit adapter is not communicating with the modem…all other troubleshooting options seem ok. Any suggestions why this connection is not working?

Thank you for posting. I’m sorry there were issues with accessing the internet through the USB Ethernet adapter.

I believe the issue has already been resolved in a separate discussion via our direct support email (support@plugable.com). It looks like the connection was working after re-adding the adapter in your MacBook’s network settings.

Please let me know if there are still issues.
