Hello,
I have had my plugable 10-port hub with six (6) monitors connected and running very well. Yesterday I switched out my desk so I had to disconnect and reconnect all the monitors (each with a plugable adapter) and hub. Now the monitors will not power up with the Hub.
There is power to the Hub (the blue indicator light is on) and when I plug the adapters directly into my computer (Lenovo Ideapad S340) each monitor will power up. But when I plug the adapters into the Hub nothing works. I have 5 UGA-3000 adapters and 1 UGA-2KHDMI adapter to go with my USB3-HUB10C2.
Thanks for reaching out to Plugable support! I’d be happy to help with that display adaptor.
The first steps we’ll want to take is to make sure that the software used by the display adaptor is in a good state by reinstalling the DisplayLink software and running the DisplayLink cleaner tool. To do so, please follow these steps:
Disconnect the display adaptor from the system (this is important so the unit resets). Please keep it disconnected until the last step.
Uninstall any and all software with ‘DisplayLink’ in the title that is present from within the Control Panel → Programs and Features. Don’t worry if these entries are not present or if the process does not work, just move onto the next step.
