I have been using the Plugable UD-3900 for about six months now with and it has been such a great product with no issues. However the past week it has stopped working 
The unit had the power unplugged when I was doing some cord management, surely that wouldn’t have killed it ? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
