no mouse on screen 2

Although the mouse works on screen 2 (right and left click) I can’t see it. This was OK on the old Dell monitor, but new VGA high def. monitors (Acer) won’t show the mouse on screen 2. It’s there, but not visible. I’ve tried all kinds of Win 10 default pointers, but nothing.

This is messed up and makes the adapter unusable.

For the benefit of anyone else following this thread, Ronald also reached out to us directly via support@plugable.com for help and in the course of doing so Ron uninstalled and reinstalled the DisplayLink driver and things are now working as expected.
