No light

Purchased a PLUGABLE UGA-2K USB 2.0 adapter on 3/23/11, but we didn’t attempt to install this until now. Unfortunately, the light indicator on the unit doesn’t light up, and was wondering if this is normal. Can it be replaced?

Thanks for posting your question here on our forum. It’s definitely not normal for the light to be out. There can be a couple of reasons why we’d see this behavior. Can you please reply back with your Operating System version? Also, what happens when you plug in the UGA-2K-A. Is there any notification on the screen?

Please reply back with this information and we’ll be able to determine what else to do next.
