just received my plugable digital microscope. it does not display any image nor does the light work.
Thanks for reaching out and posting on our Get Satisfaction forums, I apologize for the issue you’re encountering with the Plugable USB Digital Microscope! In order to better understand the issue and determine what troubleshooting we can try, I’d like to take a look at some log files from the computer.
If you can leave everything connected and run our debug tool, we should be able to get some idea of what’s going wrong. Could you run it and email .zip it generates to email@example.com?

When you send those logs to firstname.lastname@example.org, please include Ticket #207757 in the subject as that will make sure the logs make their way to me. Once I have those logs and take a look, we’ll pick things up over email and I’ll continue working with you until we get things sorted out.
