We purchased a Plugable UD-160A through Amazon for Christmas. We loaded the drivers into our new Dell XPS 15z laptop and everything worked well for 1 week. When we went to use our computer this morning, the blue led light on the Plugable UD-160A was out. We have replugged it into several outlets and the light still does not come on. The computer does not recognize the Plugable UD-160A and none of the equipment that is plugged in works while plugged in the Plugable UD-160A.
Can you help us solve this problem or assist us in replacing the Plugable UD-160A?
