I just purchased the item. got it all ready and nothing. The light doesn’t turn green it does NOTHING. after waiting for it over a week. Im deeply disappointed.

Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with your setup. If it turns out to indeed be a hardware problem, we’ll gladly replace the faulty device with a pre-tested unit.
