I am using a Samsung lap top running windows 7 and trying to run the “extend mode”. However, no such option shows up. Is this a compatibility issue with my computer and your product?
One thing to look out for - Microsoft limits Windows 7 Starter edition to clone screens only – no extended screens are allowed. Starter Edition is rare in the USA (mostly for emerging markets).
That said, once the drivers have installed successfully, there should be no further compatibility issues of this type (where extend doesn’t show in the UI).
