Hi, just got a USB BT4LE bluetooth USB adapter, but my W10 PC says there are no drivers available?
any ideas, tried different USB port and restart etc …

Thank you for contacting us about your Bluetooth adapter. I’m sorry it is not installing.
Windows update is supposed to install the driver automatically, but sometimes we see situations where that doesn’t happen. Sometimes Windows Update just quits without doing anything, and sometimes it has troubles connecting to the Windows server. There could also be a driver conflict that is preventing it from installing.
I notice you have already contacted us at support@plugable.com, and I have send you the 64-bit driver file for Windows 10 with instructions for installing it.
