Brand new, powers up (Blue diode) Flash drives receive voltage/current on all USB ports. Tried multiple Thunderbolt cables. Nothing. As if the port is dead. Had a look with an illuminated loop, to see if anything is damaged (Outgoing Thunderbolt port) Nothing. It’s like new. I even used ISOPROPYL / 2 PROPANOL (IPA) to carefully clean out the port, and all ends of the thunderbolt-leads. Nothing / No luck. It does not register / connect.

*** Important note - When gathering this information, please be sure that you are using only the 0.8 meter long 40Gbps Thunderbolt 3 cable that Plugable originally included in the box with the TBT3-UDZ in order to connect the unit to your Mac, and that the Thunderbolt 3 cable is connected to the single Thunderbolt 3 host port located on the back of the dock. This is important because other cables can sometimes cause problems, and if the cable is connected to any other port within the dock then the dock will not work as expected. ***
