No connection after laptop rebuild

I have an HP Spectre 360 that had been happily working with a ULTCDL until we rebuilt it. Wiped the drive and reloaded Windows 10. The DisplayLink Driver is installed. But the laptop and dock don’t seem to see each other…

This sounds like it may be a driver conflict.

I’d be interested in taking a look at the log files for your system to investigate further.

Could you please keep the Plugable dock connected to your system (with the non-working displays still attached), then navigate to our PlugDebug tool (https://plugable.com/support/plugdebug) and follow the instructions there?

Please email the results with “Ticket 368639” in the subject.
