I have a digital viewer, but I get this message “No camera is detected, please connect your camera”] even when I plug in my camera (the camera lights up, so I know it is working). Help!

If you can connect the device and run our debug tool, we should be able to get some idea of what’s going wrong. Could you run it and email us with the .zip it generates attached to support@plugable.com?
