No audio

I have a Lenovo A705 Desktop Computer running Windows 8.1. There’s no audio. Control panel only shows the USB Adapters, not Lenovo’s audio. How can I fix this?

Thanks for posting.

We’ll want to have a look at the system log files to see how the drivers look and determine why you’re not seeing the Lenovo’s built-in audio device. We have a log-gathering tool that will help with this. Please head to the following page:
http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug

Download and run the utility with the USB adapters and monitors connected to your system. It will save a .ZIP file to your desktop that can be emailed over for us to have a look. Please email it to support@plugable.com with “104774” in the subject and we’ll see what the best approach will be.
