No audio sound

I have the following product:

Plugable USB 3.0 to VGA / DVI / HDMI Video Graphics Adapter for Multiple Monitors up to 2048x1152 / 1920x1080 (Supports Windows 10, 8.1, 7, XP)

When I finished installing the drivers and everything, the video transferred over from my laptop to the TV, but not SOUND! When I goto PlayBack devices, I only see Speakers (which are my laptop speakers) and I see Digitial Audio SPDIF. I tried making the the latter as the default playback device. That didn’t help. Please help me resolve this issue!

I am also getting the above error each time I restart my computer. But, I was just on the phone with ASUS support and they walked me through the process of updating chipset and USB drivers. I am not sure if I need to download USB drivers from Fresco Logic’s website to get my problem solved. Please help…

Hello Chirag,

I will reply directly for the 2nd problem. Our UGA-3000 however does not have any audio functionality. You would need to get the UGA-4KHDMI adapter if you want the HDMI audio functionality.
